VnSteel Detailing Co., Ltd was established in February 2002 in Vietnam to provide Structural Steel Detailing services to clients across the world. Has undertaken projects of varying size and complexity, working for a variety of organisations ranging from international companies to local fabricators.

All RFI and RFI register have been raised then send to clients for review before clients officially send to Architects and Engineering Consultants. See the sample
Provide all relevant drawings in DWG format for coordination with Consultants for locating services and clash checking of mechanical equipment. See the sample
Provide an up to date 3D model in DWG format for Architects and Engineering Consultants review and check, this allows for the interrogation of complicated connections that may be hard to interpret from the design drawings. See the sample

LABOR POLICY:
44 working hours per week.
To work overtime, pay O/T in accordance with Labor Code.
Take-leave policy, holidays and others in accordance with Labor Code.
SALARY:
Salary policy bases on assignment and the result of implement.
After 3 months, company will consider the implement (performance) of staff to increase salary by basing on direct manager.
Out of base salary, company has the reward policy so as to motivate work spirit of personnel.
SOCIAL INSURANCE:
Deduct and pay social insurance, medical insurance for staff in accordance with current Laws. Other insurances are as give-birth, employer’ liability, pension following stipulated laws.
REGULATIONS - ENTIRE STAFFS ARE REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS:
Be high responsibility, internal solidarity to complete work successfully.
Compliance with all assignments from direct manager.
Be righteous with assignments and fully report. Asking direct manager’s advice when facing difficulties.
Prohibit any forms in revealing information, bringing documents or providing information of Company to outside while have no the permission.
Keep company business' secret.
Do not reveal personal income.
